I help businesses become Learning Organisations. This includes working to help teams become more Agile, helping those teams co-ordinate and synchronise to be more Agile at scale, and helping the whole organisation applying Lean principles to be an Agile business. To do this I take ideas and techniques from all areas, and help apply them in a way which benefits my customers most. That may mean evolving gradually from an existing way of working, or making more dramatic changes to a new way of working, or something in between.

Lean & Kanban

I can help you apply Lean principles and use Kanban Thinking to support you in a journey of continuous improvement and change. I take attendees through the Kanban Canvas, exploring the current situation, the desired impact, and potential interventions. In this way, participants learn a variety of techniques they can use to approach problem solving and designing solutions which appropriate for their context. Regular coaching provides feedback and the opportunity for reflection and adaptation.

Agile & Scrum

I can help you apply traditional Agile approaches such as Scrum as a starting point in a journey of continuous improvement and change. I get new teams started quickly with essential training before beginning their first iteration as soon as possible to learn by doing. Further workshops can dive deeper into specific topics and areas as necessary, and regular coaching provides feedback and the opportunity for reflection and adaptation.

Scaled Agile Framework

I am a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and can deliver the Leading SAFe training course for change agents looking to lead adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework.
