Three Exciting Lean Agile Events You Really Shouldn’t Miss

Over the next couple of months, there are three particular Lean Agile events that I’m involved in which I would love to see people at!

They are:

Lean Agile Scotland – September 25-27

I’ve been attending Lean Agile Scotland for over 10 years now. During that time I think I may have missed only one. I’m really honoured that this year I’ve been asked to give the opening keynote. My talk will be That’s Not My Agile, which was very well received when I gave it as the keynote at Lean Agile London earlier this year.

Lean Agile Brighton – October 10

My local conference, which I help organise, is back again this year for its fifth event. Lean Agile Brighton was actually inspired by Lean Agile Scotland as a way of getting some great speakers down to the seaside so the local community can meet and learn from them. This year, we have Jim Benson, Portia Tung, Tim Ottinger, Tiani Jones, Jeni Bradford, and Pawel Brodzinski. (With one name still to be announced).

Tickets are still available but will sell out soon if previous years are anything to go by. Book today so you don’t miss out!

Make Strategy Visible – October 9

I’m running this one-day workshop with Jim Benson the day before Lean Agile Brighton. We will show how to leverage the power of X-Matrix and Obeya to create a robust, visually compelling strategy that aligns with your organization’s goals and delivers tangible returns.

As of today, there are a few Early Bird tickets left. We are also keeping the class size relatively small to keep it as personal as possible. That means that there are limited tickets anyway. Again, book today so you don’t miss out!

I always keep track of the various Lean Agile events I’m on on my Calendar page, but these three are particularly noteworthy. I hope to see you there 🙂
