I’m pleased to be able to announce that I will be running a training course in partnership with ProKanban on Aligning Transformation and Strategy. I started this blog with primarily Kanban content, and I’m a big advocate of ProKanban’s approach and content. My Kanban work led me to learn more about Lean, which his how I discovered and started focusing more on Strategy Deployment.
In discussion with the ProKanban team, we agreed that there was a strong synergy between all our content. And that a Strategy Deployment course would sit well alongside the existing ProKanban curriculum. Their existing courses are excellent for delivery, flow and associated metrics; my course covers how to implement that as part of a strategic transformation.
Therefore, if you have already taken a ProKanban class or are even a ProKanban trainer, this will complement and expand on what you have already done. And even if you haven’t, then you’ll still find it valuable!
