New Kanban Thinking Workshop

I have a new workshop which I’m running in the next few months – “Kanban Thinking – Becoming a Learning Organisation“. Its an evolution of the work I have been doing privately with organisations, taking the Kanban Thinking model, and teaching how to apply it using the Kanban Canvas.
